Peter Kalas is the managing partner at QUANT EQUITY and acting as a Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has multiple years of private equity and investment management experience through the several private equity projects managed in the CEE region. For the past decades, he worked as a business leader and investment project manager on the business development and M&A projects in the healthcare, renewables and HealthTech technology sectors.
His key competences involve the experience in setting up and implementing effective strategies and business development plans to maximize returns for private equity investors, yet focusing on managing successful and efficient executive management teams motivated to deliver outstanding results while uncompromising the quality of service provided to clients.

Martin Kacer is the managing partner at QUANT EQUITY. Martin have been active in investment banking and corporate finance advisory sector for more than two decades and have been actively involved in dozens of M&A transactions as the consultant.
As Deputy Director at Erste Corporate Finance (Die Erste Group), he collaborated on several financial restructuring projects. In his position with CA IB Financial Advisors, HVB Group’s investment bank, he was involved in a number of privatizations and M&A transactions in several sectors (energy, healthcare, paper and packaging, logistics, IT, food and other).
Since 2008, he was also involved as the angel or financial investor in the number of private equity investment projects: management buy-out of the plastic production company and subsequent exit to the strategic investor, development project for multinational pharmaceutical company, restructuring of the heating plant company, business development of the largest local courier company and many other corporate finance projects.

Dalibor Ciglan is the partner at QUANT EQUITY. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in banking, finance or corporate governance. As the investment banking consultant, he held senior management tasks in the most important M&A and privatization transactions in Slovakia in the transfer of assets from state to private ownership, including projects financed from EU sources. Dalibor has extensive experience with investment exits in the form of private placements, IPOs on stock exchange, sale to strategic or financial investor as well as management or leveraged buyouts.
To his key competences belong high expertise with valuations and analysis of companies, extensive track record in utilities, infrastructure projects, wholesale and retail sectors as well as manufacturing. Dalibor has an extensive experience from the corporate management positions in public, state and municipal enterprises as well as private companies involving investments of private equity and debt resources.

Peter Viglasky is our M&A legal and transaction advisor and the member of the core transaction team at QUANT EQUITY. As a founding partner of the full-service corporate law firm Hamala Kluch Viglasky, s.r.o., he has extensive legal background and experience in the areas of banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, PPP projects, private equity, real estate and greenfield projects. Peter‘s expertise includes bilateral and syndicated financing of working capital, acquisition, real estate and other structured financing and refinancing, project and export financing, and aircraft financing, both local and cross border. He provides legal advice to a number of major Slovak and foreign companies, starting from incorporation of companies, through business relations of such companies, local or foreign investments, regulatory matters, up to their sales and exit strategies. He often supervises general legal representation of companies, covering all aspects of their businesses, including tax and accounting matters in cooperation with external reputable firms.
